They don’t taste very good and they are lying about the amount of carbs. In the front is written big 3grams of carbs/1oz, and in the back written very small it says 9gr of carbs -3% of carbs . So, which on is it?!

Net carbs are calculated by subtracting dietary fiber from total carbohydrates. In this case, 9 grams of total carbohydrates minus 6 grams of fiber equals 3 grams of net carbs. I've had the opportunity to try this product now for the last 2 weeks. As a Dietitian and Pro athlete, I'm impressed. These taste amazing and are a great way to have an in the go meal replacement. I have always found pretzels to be boring and dry, and a waste of carbs. But these are are slim, extra crunchy, not dry and have 28 g of protein per bag...and they're vegan. I have made so many recipes with them because they're so versatile! Loving them on the go, but also as a coating.
