Walking Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake

Is there anything better than a cozy apple dessert you can eat by the spoonful, right out of the bag? Maybe just the fact that it has over 50g of protein and 14g of fiber!

Ingredients:
- 1 (1.75 oz) bag CRISP POWER Cinnamon Crunch Protein Pretzels
- 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar-free pudding mix
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2–3 tsp monk fruit brown sweetener (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Bake or air fry the chopped apple with cinnamon & monk fruit for 12 minutes at 350º F, or until soft.
- Blend cottage cheese, sugar-free pudding, vanilla & monk fruit until smooth.
- Cut your Cinnamon Crunch bag down the side and stuff with cheesecake filling and apples. Enjoy!
