Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups paleo all purpose flour (you can use almond flour)
- 1 bag of finely crushed Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (SHOP the Sweet & Spicy bundle)
- 1 bag of finely crushed Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (SHOP the Sweet & Spicy bundle)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
Coating
- 1/2 cup of brown granulated monk fruit
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add in the greek yogurt, vanilla extract and egg.
- Knead the dough and cut it into bite size pieces.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Mix the brown granulated monk fruit and cinnamon. Coat the baked pretzel bites with the cinnamon mix.
- Enjoy with sugar-free caramel or chocolate.
