Protein Pretzel Smash Burger Tacos

Say hello to these incredible Smash Burger Tacos that are bursting with protein and flavor!

Ingredients (serves 6-8)
Beef
- 1 lb lean cooked ground beef
- 1 tsp of sea salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
Tacos
- 6-8 low carb tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded romaine lettuce
- 6-8 slices of American cheese
- 1 medium chopped tomato
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 2/3 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2/3 cup special burger sauce (store-bought or homemade; see quick note)
- 1 7 oz bag of crushed Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (found in select grocery stores) or 3 1.75 oz bags Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
Quick homemade burger sauce (optional):
1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 3 tbsp of mustard, 4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup, 1 tsp pickle relish, pinch of paprika — whisk together.
Instructions
- In a bowl mix ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the meat into 6-8 beef balls.
- Press the meat into each tortilla and cook in a skillet with avocado oil for 5 minutes in medium high heat, flip, top with cheese, special sauce lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and crushed Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.
