Protein Pretzel Samoa Bites

Have you ever craved those classic Girl Scout cookies but wanted a healthier spin? Meet our Protein Pretzel Samoa Bites!


Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 2 bags of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
  • 1 cup of sugar-free caramels
  • 1-2 tbsp of milk
  • 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of melted sugar-free chocolate
  • 2 tbsp of toasted unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the caramels with milk and microwave in lapses of 30 seconds, stirring between each one until fully melted.
  2. Mix in the sweetened shredded coconut.
  3. Make some Samoa sandwiches with Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.
  4. Place them in a silicone baking dish. Drizzle chocolate and top with toasted coconut. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
