Protein Pretzel Samoa Bites

Have you ever craved those classic Girl Scout cookies but wanted a healthier spin? Meet our Protein Pretzel Samoa Bites!

Ingredients (serves 10)
- 2 bags of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 1 cup of sugar-free caramels
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
- 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup of melted sugar-free chocolate
- 2 tbsp of toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the caramels with milk and microwave in lapses of 30 seconds, stirring between each one until fully melted.
- Mix in the sweetened shredded coconut.
- Make some Samoa sandwiches with Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.
- Place them in a silicone baking dish. Drizzle chocolate and top with toasted coconut. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
