Protein Pretzel Carne Asada Burrito | Crisp Power

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Carne Asada
  • 2 lb of chuck steak
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp of Montreal steak seasoning
  • Avocado Oil for cooking

Salad

Instructions

  1. Warm a skillet with avocado oil. Cook the lean steak with sea salt, Montreal steak and lime, until fully cooked (about 4 minutes per side over medium heat).
  2. Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping lettuce, avocado, and red onion.
  3. Roast the red onions in your air fryer for 4 minutes at 380F.
  4. Assemble your burrito with a layer of lettuce, steak, avocado, hot sauce, slices od cheese and red onion.
  5. Roll it carefully and toast your burrito in a skillet.
  6. Slice in half
  7. Dip in queso
  8. Dip in crushed Flamin' Crunch and Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
  9. Enjoy!
