Protein Pretzel Carne Asada Burrito

This Protein Pretzel Carne Asada Burrito w/ Flamin' Crunch & Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels was made for the foodie in you. High protein. Low carb. Spicy & crunchy.

Ingredients (serves 2)
- Carne Asada
- 2 lb of chuck steak
- 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp of Montreal steak seasoning
- Avocado Oil for cooking
Salad
- 2 cups of chopped lettuce
- 1 sliced avocado
- 4 slices of cheese
- 3 tbsp of roasted onion
- 1/4 cup of taco sauce
- 1 cup of queso sauce
- 1 bag of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (finely crushed)
- 1 bag Flamin’ Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (finely crushed)
Instructions
- Warm a skillet with avocado oil. Cook the lean steak with sea salt, Montreal steak and lime, until fully cooked (about 4 minutes per side over medium heat).
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping lettuce, avocado, and red onion.
- Roast the red onions in your air fryer for 4 minutes at 380F.
- Assemble your burrito with a layer of lettuce, steak, avocado, hot sauce, slices od cheese and red onion.
- Roll it carefully and toast your burrito in a skillet.
- Slice in half
- Dip in queso
- Dip in crushed Flamin' Crunch and Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
