Protein Pretzel Burger Lasagna

Ingredients
Beef
- 1 lb lean cooked ground beef
- 1 tsp of sea salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
Casserole
- 3 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 medium chopped tomato
- 5 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2 cups cup special burger sauce (store-bought or homemade; see quick note)
- 1 7 oz bag of Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (found in select grocery stores) or 3 1.75 oz bags of Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
Quick homemade burger sauce (optional):
1/2 cup mayo, 1 cup of greek yogurt, ¼ of mustard, ⅓ sugar-free ketchup, 2 tbsp pickle relish, pinch of paprika — whisk together.
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: Sauté chopped onion in a skillet until translucent. Add cooked ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix and heat through.
- Layer Ingredients: In a dish, layer half of the romaine, beef, cheddar, tomatoes, dill pickles, and burger sauce. Repeat the layers.
- Top with Pretzels: Crush Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels and sprinkle on top.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
