Peppermint Protein Pretzel Bark

Enjoy the flavors of the holidays year round with this high-protein, high-fiber, low-sugar Peppermint Protein Pretzel Bark.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup of melted Lily’s milk chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bag of Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
  • 1/3 cup of crushed sugar-free candy canes
  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips
  • 4-6 mint cookies
  • 1 cup of sugar-free marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the 30 second lapses in the microwave or bain-marie, you can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
  2. Spread the chocolate in a silicone dish.
  3. Roast the marshmallows in your air fryer or using a kitchen torch.
  4. Add your toppings refrigerate for a couple of minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
