Peppermint Protein Pretzel Bark

Enjoy the flavors of the holidays year round with this high-protein, high-fiber, low-sugar Peppermint Protein Pretzel Bark.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 cup of melted Lily’s milk chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 bag of Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
- 1/3 cup of crushed sugar-free candy canes
- 3 tbsp of sugar-free white chocolate chips
- 4-6 mint cookies
- 1 cup of sugar-free marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the 30 second lapses in the microwave or bain-marie, you can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
- Spread the chocolate in a silicone dish.
- Roast the marshmallows in your air fryer or using a kitchen torch.
- Add your toppings refrigerate for a couple of minutes.
- Enjoy!
