Peanut Butter Caramel Funfetti Bark

This Peanut Butter Caramel Funfetti Bark is the perfect blend of sweet and salty goodness.

Ingredients (serves 6-10)
Toffee
- 1 cup of sugar-free caramels
- 1 tbsp of whole milk
Bark
- 2 bags of Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 1 cup of sugar-free white chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 3 tbsp of coconut oil
Topping
- 4 tbsp of dye-free sprinkles
- 4 tbsp of roasted peanuts
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- More Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. In a baking tray spread a silicone mat or wax paper.
- Spread the pretzels over a tray.
- In a microwave safe cup melt the caramels with milk, 1-2 minutes in the microwave (in lapses, storing in between).
- Pour the caramel toffee over the Protein Pretzels. Spread the peanut butter, and lastly spread the melted white chocolate.
- Sprinkle the peanuts, Protein Pretzels and sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Crack and enjoy!
