Oatmeal Cookie Protein Pretzel Bark

This recipe gives that delightful cookie effect while loading up on protein minus the carbs.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup of melted Lily’s white chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 bag of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/3 cup of pecans
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the 30 second lapses in the microwave or bain-marie. You can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
  2. Spread the chocolate in a silicone dish.
  3. Add your toppings and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
