Oatmeal Cookie Protein Pretzel Bark

This recipe gives that delightful cookie effect while loading up on protein minus the carbs.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 cup of melted Lily’s white chocolate sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 bag of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1/3 cup of pecans
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp of brown granulated monk fruit
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the 30 second lapses in the microwave or bain-marie. You can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
- Spread the chocolate in a silicone dish.
- Add your toppings and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
