Loaded Charcuterie Nachos

Who says nachos can’t be nutritious? We’ve leveled them up with a delicious boost of protein and fiber using our Sea Salt Protein Pretzels.

Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 1 7 oz bag of Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (sold in select grocery stores) or 3 1.75 oz bags Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 3 slices of salami
- 4 slices of prosciutto
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of peperoncino peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of sliced olives
- 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tbsp of dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Arrange the Protein Pretzels in a single layer.
- Top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
