Hot Honey Feta Protein Pretzel Chicken Bites

Crunchy, savory, and packed with protein, they’re perfect for reaching those fitness goals while keeping things deliciously low carb!

Ingredients (serves 4)

Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½  tsp of garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 cup of unflavored whey protein (or flour)
  • 1/2 cup of egg whites
  • 1 bag of Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (finely crushed)

Serving

  • Honey (or sugar-free alternative)
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Dried Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  2. Add whey protein in one bowl, egg whites in another bowl and sesame seeds in another one.
  3. Dip each chicken bite into whey protein then into egg whites and finally cover them in crushed Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.
  4. Place in your air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes at 355F, (shake half-way through).
  5. Serve with vegetables, top with green onions, honey, & feta cheese. Enjoy!
