High Protein Pizza Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (7 oz) bag CRISP POWER Sea Salt Protein Pretzels
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta or whipped cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup lean ground beef, cooked and seasoned
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Layer ricotta or cottage cheese, marinara, ground beef, and mozzarella in a small baking dish.
  2. Top with pepperoni, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 min, until bubbly. Garnish.
