High Protein Burger Casserole

Ready to level up your weeknight dinners? This High Protein Burger Casserole is your new best friend! Perfect for busy days, this dish combines all the flavors you love in a burger, minus the carbs.

Ingredients
Beef
- 1 lb lean cooked ground beef 1 tsp of sea salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
Casserole
- 3 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 medium chopped tomato
- 5 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 2/3 cup special burger sauce (store-bought or homemade; see quick note)
- 1 1/2 cups Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels lightly crushed (reserve a little for garnish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter for baking dish
Quick homemade burger sauce (optional):
1/2 cup mayo, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 3 tbsp of mustard, 4 tbsp sugar-free ketchup, 1 tsp pickle relish, pinch of paprika — whisk together.
Instructions
- Preheat 375°F. Oil 9x9 pan.
- Cook the beef and onion in a large skillet with seasoning, about 10 minutes medium heat.
- Spread half burger sauce. Layer chopped lettuce.
- Add seasoned cooked beef. Top with tomato + pickles.
- Sprinkle cheddar and chopped bacon. Drizzle remaining sauce.
- Press crushed Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels on top.
- Bake 12–18 min until cheese melts. Rest 3 min. Serve in lettuce leaves.
