High Protein Big Mac Pasta Salad

This High Protein Big Mac Pasta Salad delivers protein, fiber, and that classic burger flavor, without the carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Legendary Foods Protein Pasta Plus, prepared to package instructions
  • 8 oz (1/2 lb) lean ground turkey, cooked with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar (optional)
  • Handful of CRISP POWER Sesame Protein Pretzels, crushed

Light Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped pickles
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  2. Toss pasta, turkey, lettuce, pickles, onion, cheese, and sauce.
  3. Top with crushed Protein Pretzels. Serve & enjoy!
