High Protein Big Mac Pasta Salad

This High Protein Big Mac Pasta Salad delivers protein, fiber, and that classic burger flavor, without the carbs.

Ingredients:
- 3 Legendary Foods Protein Pasta Plus, prepared to package instructions
- 8 oz (1/2 lb) lean ground turkey, cooked with salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar (optional)
- Handful of CRISP POWER Sesame Protein Pretzels, crushed
Light Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
- Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Toss pasta, turkey, lettuce, pickles, onion, cheese, and sauce.
- Top with crushed Protein Pretzels. Serve & enjoy!
