Who’s ready to spice up snack time? This high-protein Flamin’ Crunch Street Corn Protein Pretzel Salad is a delicious savory snack to try during football season. We've added out brand new Flamin’ Crunch Protein Pretzels for that extra kick of spice that takes this Mexican-inspired recipe to a whole new level.

Ingredients (serves 2)
Corn Salad
- 2 cups of corn
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of taco seasoning
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 lime
Toppings
- 2 tbsp of cotija cheese (or feta)
- 1 bags of Flamin’ Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
- 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
Instructions
- Heat a skillet with butter. Cook the corn for 5-8 minutes on medium heat, sprinkle the taco seasoning and black pepper.
- Let the corn cool and then mix the cotija cheese, cilantro, squeeze a lime and stir well.
- Serve in a bowl with greek yogurt, top with Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Flamin’ Crunch and enjoy!
