Crisp Power Flamin' Crunch Street Corn Protein Pretzel Salad

Ingredients (serves 2)

Corn Salad

  • 2 cups of corn
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of taco seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime

Toppings

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet with butter. Cook the corn for 5-8 minutes on medium heat, sprinkle the taco seasoning and black pepper.
  2. Let the corn cool and then mix the cotija cheese, cilantro, squeeze a lime and stir well.
