Flamin' Crunch Protein Pretzel Chilaquiles

Perfect for a breakfast that'll keep you satisfied for hours, this cheesy dish features runny yolks, juicy chorizo, and the unbeatable crunch of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.

Ingredients
- 1/2 7 oz bag of Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (found in select grocery stores) or 2 1.75 oz bags Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of cooked chorizo
- 1 cup of enchilada red sauce
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 cup of Monterey cheese
- 1/4 cup of cotija cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the sauce. Once boiling, add the Protein Pretzels to the sauce, without completely soaking, just lightly covered. Set aside.
- Cook the chorizo and eggs with salt.
- Serve in a plate with cheeses, cooked chorizo, eggs, cilantro and onion. Enjoy!
