Flamin' Crunch Protein Pretzel Chilaquiles

Perfect for a breakfast that'll keep you satisfied for hours, this cheesy dish features runny yolks, juicy chorizo, and the unbeatable crunch of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 7 oz bag of Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (found in select grocery stores) or 2 1.75 oz bags Flamin' Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of cooked chorizo
  • 1 cup of enchilada red sauce
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup of Monterey cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cotija cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat the sauce. Once boiling, add the Protein Pretzels to the sauce, without completely soaking, just lightly covered. Set aside.
  2. Cook the chorizo and eggs with salt.
  3. Serve in a plate with cheeses, cooked chorizo, eggs, cilantro and onion. Enjoy!
