Looking for a delicious way to boost your protein and fiber intake? Try this Everything Crunch Chopped Bagel Sandwich!

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 pack of Everything Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
- 2 cups of chopped lettuce
- 2/3 cup of greek yogurt
- 1 large tomato
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
- 2 slices of prosciutto
- 8 slices of salami
- 5 chopped pepperoncini
For Serving
- 2 bagels of your choice
- 1 tbsp of butter (optional)
Instructions
- Finely chop all the ingredients, and mix together in a bowl.
- Slice the bagels in half, toast them and spread butter if desired. Stuff them with the salad mixture and enjoy!
