Everything Crunch Chopped Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 pack of Everything Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
  • 2 cups of chopped lettuce
  • 2/3 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • 8 slices of salami
  • 5 chopped pepperoncini

For Serving

  • 2 bagels of your choice
  • 1 tbsp of butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop all the ingredients, and mix together in a bowl.
  2. Slice the bagels in half, toast them and spread butter if desired. Stuff them with the salad mixture and enjoy!
