Crisp Power Miso Peanut Butter Protein Popsicles

These protein popsicles are loaded with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and Crisp Power Protein Pretzels. We're keepin' it low carb, high protein, and totally satisfying!

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 3 tbsp of miso paste
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of granulated monk fruit
Coating
- 1 cup of sugar-free chocolate
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of crushed Sesame Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 1 tbsp of crushed peanuts
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the popsicles.
- Pour the mix into your popsicle mold.
- Add some popsicles sticks, cover and freeze overnight.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and decorate the popsicles, sprinkle peanuts and pretzels on top.
- Enjoy!
