Chicken Ranch Pickle Crisp Dip

Whether you're hosting friends or enjoying a self-care night at home, this dip packs a punch with flavor and protein.

Ingredients (serves 4-6)

  • 3 cups of shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup of pickle juice
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp of ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 2/3 cup of plain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pickles
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 bags of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet heat the chicken with pickle juice, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, and greek yogurt with sea salt, black pepper and ranch dressing seasoning and cottage cheese.
  3. Mix in the chicken, add half of one bag of the crushed pretzels and serve in an oven safe bowl.
  4. Top with shredded cheese, leftover pretzels and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
  5. Enjoy with Crisp Power Protein Pretzels and veggies!
