Chicken Ranch Pickle Crisp Dip

Whether you're hosting friends or enjoying a self-care night at home, this dip packs a punch with flavor and protein.

Ingredients (serves 4-6)
- 3 cups of shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of pickle juice
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp of ranch dressing seasoning
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 2/3 cup of plain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/2 cup of chopped pickles
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 bags of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
Instructions
- In a skillet heat the chicken with pickle juice, let it simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Blend cottage cheese, and greek yogurt with sea salt, black pepper and ranch dressing seasoning and cottage cheese.
- Mix in the chicken, add half of one bag of the crushed pretzels and serve in an oven safe bowl.
- Top with shredded cheese, leftover pretzels and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
- Enjoy with Crisp Power Protein Pretzels and veggies!
