Hold the high card pretzel bun! This Cheeseburger Protein Pretzel Bowl is packed with lean beef, fresh veggies, and a satisfying crunch from our NEW Cheddar Flavor Protein Pretzels.

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 pack of lean ground beef
- Avocado Oil for cooking
- 2 tbsp of mustard
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 1-2 slices of sliced cheddar cheese
- 6 cups of chopped lettuce
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup of pickles
- 3 tbsp of crispy onion
- 2 bags of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- Optional: ranch or any low carb dressing of preference.
Instructions
- Warm a skillet with avocado oil. Cook the lean ground beef with sea salt, mustard, until fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes over medium heat).
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Assemble your bowl by placing the chopped lettuce as a base, then topping with cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pickles.
- Layer with slices of cheddar cheese and crispy onion for added flavor.
- Serve with crispy Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels on the side for an extra crunch and protein boost. Add your favorite low carb dressing if desired.
