Cheddar Cheese Protein Pretzel Bites

If you're looking for a cheesy, crunchy snack packed with protein, then look no further. These Cheddar Cheese Protein Pretzel Bites are exactly what you need!

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups paleo all purpose flour (you can use almond flour)
- 1 bag of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (finely crushed)
- 1/4 cup baking powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of water (for pretzel wash)
Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 pack of organic white cheddar powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, use 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and half of the Crisp Power Pretzel Bites.
- Knead the dough and cut it into bite size pieces.
- Mix the rest of the baking soda with 1/4 cup water and brush your bites with it and sprinkle leftover crushed Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Cheddar.
- Bake for 12-13 min
- Blend the ingredients for the cheese sauce.
- Serve baked pretzels with cheese sauce and enjoy!
