Cheddar Cheese Protein Pretzel Bites

Cheddar Cheese Protein Pretzel Bites | Crisp Power

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups paleo all purpose flour (you can use almond flour)
  • 1 bag of Cheddar Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (finely crushed)
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of water (for pretzel wash)

Cheese Sauce

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 pack of organic white cheddar powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, use 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and half of the Crisp Power Pretzel Bites.
  3. Knead the dough and cut it into bite size pieces.
  4. Mix the rest of the baking soda with 1/4 cup water and brush your bites with it and sprinkle leftover crushed Crisp Power Protein Pretzels in Cheddar.
  5. Bake for 12-13 min
  6. Blend the ingredients for the cheese sauce.
  7. Serve baked pretzels with cheese sauce and enjoy!
