Caramel Chocolate Peanut Protein Pretzel Brownies

They pack the perfect protein crunch (and punch!) to help you reach your daily protein goal. And they taste absolutely amazing with that sweet & salty flavor that everyone loves, making them an irresistible snack you'll make over and over again. 

Ingredients (serves 9-16)

Brownies

  • 1 pack low carb brownies (your favorite)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk greek yogurt
    • Or ingredients mentioned on the pack.

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 1/2 cup of peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup of coconut oil (softened)

Top Layer

  • 1 pack of Sea Salt Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
  • 2/3 cup of Lily’s sugar-free chocolate caramel chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Lily’s sugar-free peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup of salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownies as the pack instructs. Bake the brownies in a 8x8 baking container and let them cool down completely.
  2. Combine the peanut powder with coconut oil, vanilla extract and water. Top the baked brownies with it/
  3. Add a layer of Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.
  4. Melt carefully the white and chocolate caramel chips.
  5. Add a layer of the melted white chocolate on top of the pretzels.
  6. Add a layer of the melted chocolate caramel chips, sprinkle the salted peanuts.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.
  8. Slice into 9-16 pieces and enjoy!
