Caramel Apple Protein Pretzel Bark

This Caramel Apple Caramel Protein Pretzel Bark is made with sugar-free chocolate, fresh apples, and our all new Cinnamon Crunch Protein Pretzels. A great treat year-round, but especially during cozy season.

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 cup of melted Lily’s Salted Caramel sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 chopped green apple
- 1/4 cup of pecans
- 1/2 bag of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels
- 6 chopped sugar-free caramels (we used ChocZero)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in the 30 second intervals in the microwave, you can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
- Spread the chocolate in a silicone dish.
- Add your pretzels, chopped apple, pecans and caramels.
- Refrigerate for a couple of minutes.
- Crack and enjoy!
