- 4-5 pitted Medjool dates
- 1-2 tbsp almond butter
- 1-2 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1/2 banana, sliced into thin rounds
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks, melted (you won't use all of it, but it helps to have depth when dipping)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
Instructions
- Place half your Protein Pretzels flat side up on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Tear small pieces of the dates and press them directly onto each Protein Pretzel.
- Spoon a small amount of almond butter on top of the date layer.
- Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and press a thin banana slice on top.
- Gently press a second Protein Pretzel on top to make a sandwich.
- Dip each sandwich halfway into melted dark chocolate.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
