Apple Cinnamon Protein Pretzel Sticks

These Apple Cinnamon Protein Pretzel Sticks are perfect for Fall weather: fresh apples, creamy filling, and the irresistible crunch from our Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels.

Ingredients (serves 8)
- 2 large apples
Filling
- 2/3 cup of greek yogurt
- 4 scoops of vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup of cashew butter
- 1 bag of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
Toppings
- 1 cup of melted sugar-free chocolate
- 1/2 bag of Cinnamon Crunch Crisp Power Protein Pretzels (crushed)
Instructions
- Wash apples and dry thoroughly. Slice into thin-ish (¼") slices, add popsicle sticks through the bottom.
- Mix the ingredients for the filling and press the dough into each apple slice.
- Melt the chocolate in the 30 second lapses in the microwave or Bane Mary, you can also add 1 tsp of coconut oil to help it melt better.
- Cover each apple in melted chocolate and top with your toppings, refrigerate for a couple of minutes.
