Crisp Power’s mission is to provide information and marketing of our go-to for functional food of plant-based protein (“Products”). 

This Privacy Policy can be updated from time to time and, therefore, we ask you to check back periodically for the latest version of this Privacy Policy. If we implement material changes in the way we use your information, in a manner that is different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you by posting a notice on our Website or by other means and take any additional steps as required by applicable law.

  1. We Process the Following Personal Information:
  1. Information provided through the Website. When you use the Website, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your full name, email address, phone number, message, as well as any other information that you decide to provide us.
  2. Information automatically collected. We automatically collect certain information through your use of Crisp Power’s Website via cookie, pixels, tracking technologies and similar identifiers (“Technologies”), and the information includes the Internet protocol (IP) address, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your device, browser type and language, geo-location information, hardware type, operating system, internet service provider and other information about actions taken through the use of the Website.
  3. Information from Other Sources. Crisp Power also obtains information about you from other sources, including publicly – or commercially- available information, and through third-party data platforms, partners and service providers, including, contact details (such as, name, email address, phone number).
  4. Information we collect from online interactions. For example, if you contact us via social media or otherwise interact with our business (for example, by participating in a giveaway, using a coupon, or by publishing a review of our Products), we track and make a record of those interactions, which contain, amongst others, your contact details, such as full name, email address, phone number, social media handle, comments,  messages and any other information that you decide to provide us with.

We will use your information to allow you to make use of our Website, including, (i) to answer your questions and to allow you to communicate with us (e.g., via the contact us form on the Website); (ii) to analyze your use of our Website and to improve our Website; and (iii) to customize your experience.

Crisp Power uses your information (i) to respond to your questions, comments, or information, including information about potential or future products; (ii) to provide you with the Crisp Power information; (iii) for internal quality control purposes; (iv) to establish a business relationship; and (v) to generally administer the Crisp Power Website.
  3. To Market our Website and Products. Crisp Power uses information to market the Crisp Power products. Such use includes (i) notifying you about offers and products that may be of interest to you; (ii) sending you newsletters, promotional materials and articles (the “Newsletter”), and coupons; (iii) tailoring content, advertisements, and offers for you, including, targeting and re-targeting practices; (iv) conducting market research; (v) developing and marketing new products and, and to measure interest in Crisp Power’s Website and pretzels; (vi) other purposes disclosed at the time you provide information; and (vii) as you otherwise consent.
  4. Giveaways. Crisp Power may allow you to participate in giveaways for its Products, via its Website or through social media (the “Giveaway”). When you participate in a Giveaway, Crisp Power collects your information in order to allow you to participate, and to notify you if you won the Giveaway.
  5. Reviews. You can provide your feedback, comments and reviews to the Product (the “Review”). In such case, Crisp Power will collect your information in order to process your Review. In certain cases, Crisp Power may offer you a discount or coupon if you submit a Review, in such case, Crist Power will send you the coupon by email or as otherwise mentioned in advance.

Some of the abovementioned information will be used for detecting, taking steps to prevent and prosecuting fraud or other illegal activity; to identify and repair errors; to conduct audits; and for security purposes. Information may also be used to comply with applicable laws, with investigations performed by the relevant authorities, law enforcement purposes, and/or to exercise or defend legal claims.

In certain cases, we may or will anonymize or de-identify your Information and further use it for internal and external purposes, including, without limitation, to analyze and improve Crisp Power’s products and for research purposes. We use Technologies that are essentially small data files placed on your device that allow us to record certain pieces of information whenever you visit or interact with the Website. Generally, the goal of our financial incentives is not to collect your information for further monetization of such information. Instead, the goal is to incentivize you to review and purchase our Products, or to interact with us. However, in the event that we are required by law to assign a value to your information in the context of financial incentives that we offer, we have valued the information collected and used as being equal to the value of the coupon offered, and the calculation of the value is based upon a reasonable and good-faith estimate often involving the consideration of (i) the categories of information collected (see more information in Section 1 of this Privacy Policy), (ii) the value of the discount offered, and (iii) the value of the total purchase (excluding taxes and fees).
